GB Jewellers can deliver most goods worldwide. Items are shipped from Malta, Europe.

Local delivery takes up to 3 days from receipt of confirmation of the order. For overseas orders please allow 7-15 days, from receipt of confirmation of the order, for delivery unless otherwise specified in the case that the option for express delivery has been chosen.

Return, Refund and Exchange Policy

Returning an Item

Products purchased through the GB Jewellers website may be returned for a full refund within 15 days of receipt of the product. Product must be returned unused and in the same original packaging and condition it was received. Please note that refund will not include any shipping charges which were incurred.

Products purchased from the GB Jewellers website may be returned to be exchanged with another product within 30 days of receipt of product. Product must be returned unused and in the same original packaging and condition it was received.

Items which cannot be returned - All earrings due to hygiene purposes;

Custom made jewellery;

Engraved jewellery;

Items on Sale and Clearance items;

An exception to this rule shall apply if the product is defective, damaged or not as specified in the product description. The cost incurred to return the item is to be borne by the client. Proof of postage with receipt must be provided such that it is recommended to send via registered post.

Customers who wish to return any products must send an e-mail to info@gbjewellersmalta.com. We will then contact you with information on how to proceed.

Credit Card Charges

Once you have placed your order your credit card will be charged. If we are not able to fulfill your order for any reason whatsoever your credit card will be refunded.

Refunds, where possible, are done on the same payment method which was primarily used in the initial payment.
